Kerry

 This story is about the relationship between Steve, a nine-year-old boy and the dog Kerry.
Steve have long wanted to have a dog, but his father didn't allow him. 
But, he gave a puppy when Steve become nine. He named him Kerry.
Steve couldn't stop smiling as they drove home, but Kerry wasn't happy at all because he was missing his his mother.
After he getting used to a new house, he chewed everything in Steve's room.
His parents make him to put Kerry in a cage. Kerry looks sad.
Steve said "He wanted to sleep in my room with me."
"If he could stay in my room beside my bed, I could pat him."
So he moved the cage next to him. When the weather began to get warmer, Kerry started to sleep outside. Then, one night, the wind began to below and the rain began to pour.

"It's so cold and wet, Poor Kerry could catch pneumonia!"
He slept in kennel and was beside Kerry.

 I think Steve treat Kerry as real brother.
Even though he is young, he has a strong will to protect Kerry.
I'm sure this book will make you feel the importance of your partner or friend.
You should read it!

I read "Get Smart"   This is a book about our brain.  This book shows humans personality, languages and senses from various perspective.   First, Personality. In the 1980, studies were carried out  on identical twins who had grown up with different families. Although the children often grew up in different places with different people, they keep having extremely similar personalities.  Writer also referring to Brain changes. If we want to change our personality such as neurotic, shy and so on, we should repeat the same experiences to overcome  them. It is possible to change ourselves by controlling our own brain!  Second, Languages. Each parts of our brain works as a different roles.  We speak or understand languages by using them unconsciously.  Children are best languages learners because their brain where work as a role of understanding languages are developed.  Last, Senses. This chapter shows about the connection between our brains and sight, smell, sound and feeling

The Giving Tree

The Giving Tree " Sorry, boy... I don't have anything to give you" "That's ok... this is enough for me" There was a big and old tree. The boy and this tree were played together everyday. The boy talked to the tree and tree listened to him quietly. He slept in the shade of the tree, ate apples and ran around the tree. Tree was happy. Over time, the boy grown up and he was in trouble because of lack of money. Tree said to him "You can take apples" "you can take my branch" "you can take my trunk " "and turn them into money"  "...and be happy..."   Decades had passed, boy came back to the tree. "Sorry, boy... I don't have anything to give you"  "That's ok" he smiled and sat on the stump and said "This is enough for me... be together forever" The tree was happy. Tinkers Farm Sam and his daughter jenny are English, but now they are starting a new life in America. They arrived in New York! Her father was looking for a job to live in America and then a man Jack Crane gave him a job. They went to farm of Jack. From next day, they made to work immediately.  Jenny was tired from work everyday, but it was fun to visit the city and watch there traditional festival with friends to take a break from work. However, her father and Jack not close and usually fighting well. Sam decided to go out the firm. They have no place to live from that day.
